Huge stylish breakfast hall where they serve a delicious breakfast. Top service! No negative comments.
Unfortunately there is no draft beer in the hotel bars.

The breakfast was excellent, nothing was missing. The bed was very good!
The staff was apparently overwhelmed, they gave us no spare room, although the toilet was no longer to use and the air conditioning in the high temperatures had failed. Only when we decided to leave early, we were offered a spare room. That is not how it works!

Nice renovated rooms, very good beds, very clean, great lobby with very nice staff. Room facilities for making tea and coffee.

Noise on the street at night, as well as swimming pool being cleaned and refilled until 03h at night, no sleep at all!

The buffet breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Egg dishes, bacon... The staff (Donna, Rosanna, Aida Bruno, Sheila) is very friendly. The breakfast room is very large and bright.
Quality and quantity in the restaurant does not meet a 5-star hotel standards.

Location
I paid 450 Euros per night during the period I stayed there for my Executive room which is utter waste of money. Only advantage of the hotel is the location as it is situated right at the Dam square and the size of the room.

the room advetised on the internet is not the room you recieved. it is a 5 star but i would only rate it as a 3 star as i have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world and this was the poorest one i have stayed in.

Room level very poor. Had to move ourselves two three times to get a decent room. 350Euro for two days are a lot of money for such a basic room level in a 5-star hotel...
